Gold Iron Rajasthani Musician Statue Showpiece Set of 4, 9 Inch

Description

FOUR MUSICIANS, ONE SMALL MEHFIL Four standing figures, each one playing something different. One holds a wind pipe up to the face. One carries a drum across the waist. One draws a bow across a folk string instrument. The fourth has a pair of hand cymbals. Stand them in a row and they read as a group rather than as four separate pieces. HAND-PAINTED IRON, NOT BRASS Each figure is cut and shaped from iron, then coloured by hand and lacquer coated. The gold you see on the face, the arms and the instrument is a paint finish. It is not real gold and it is not brass. Over that sit the colours: pink, blue, green and purple across the flared skirt, with raised white dots and small floral shapes worked on top. A jewel-style stone sits at the chest, which is a decorative accent and not a real gem. The faces are left plain in the modern folk style, and the flower-shaped pagri on each head is painted in its own pair of colours, so the four belong together without being identical. Because the colour is put on by hand, small differences between one piece and the next are normal and not a fault. SIZE AND PLACEMENT Each musician stands about 9 inches tall and 5 inches across, on a round base of about 3 inches. They suit a living room console, a TV unit, a bookshelf, a study desk, an office cabin, a reception counter or a cafe shelf. Because each one has its own base you can keep the four together or spread them along a longer surface. A STANDING SET There is no hook and no wall fitting on these. They are made to stand on a flat surface, not to hang. GIFTING An easy gift for griha pravesh and housewarming, weddings, anniversaries, Diwali and corporate hampers. Four pieces arrive in one box, so it works as a present on its own. CARE Keep them indoors on a level, dry surface. Dust with a soft dry cloth. Avoid water, damp and abrasive cleaners. The instruments are decorative and do not play. In the box: 4 musician figurines. Material: Iron. Finish: Lacquer coated. Colour: Gold with multicolour motifs. Country of origin: India. Pack of four musicians: Four standing figures, each holding a different instrument, a wind pipe, a drum, a folk string instrument and a pair of hand cymbals, so a shelf full of them reads as a small mehfil rather than four of the same thing Nine inch tabletop size: Each musician stands about nine inches tall and five inches across, on its own round base of about three inches; together they suit a living room console, a TV unit, a bookshelf, a study desk or a reception counter Hand-painted iron, not brass: Each figure is cut and shaped from iron, then coloured by hand and lacquer coated; the gold on the faces, arms and instruments is a paint finish, not real gold and not brass, and the chest stone is a jewel-style accent A standing set, not a wall piece: Every figure has its own base and stands on its own, and there is no hook or wall fitting on these, so keep them on a flat dry surface indoors rather than mounting them Ready to gift: Suits griha pravesh and housewarming, weddings, anniversaries, Diwali and corporate hampers; the instruments are decorative and do not play, and a soft dry cloth is all the cleaning they need
